Day 1. Arrival Arusha
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your lodge, where your expedition Safari begins the next day. Overnight at Arusha Moivaro Lodge.
Day 2. Tarangire National Park:
After breakfast we drive to Tarangire National Park for some very rewarding game drives. Tarangire National Park has some of the highest population density of elephants anywhere in Tanzania, and its sparse vegetation, strewn with baobab and acacia trees, makes it a beautiful and special location. Before the rains, droves of gazelle, wildebeest, zebra, and giraffes migrate to Tarangire National Park’s scrub plains where the last grazing land still remains. Day 3. Mto wa Mbu Culture & Walking:
Another beautiful morning drive to Mto wa Mbu for Culture and walking activities, enjoy walking in local fields, learning different culture in this small town and enjoy the Local food, this is the best place for shopping for souvenirs, Overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge (fb)
Day 4. Lake Manyara National Park.
Today this morning drive to the Lake Manyara National Park, a unique and picturesque park with a stunning lake, inspiring views and very varied wildlife and birdlife viewing. Lake Manyara is a shallow, alkaline lake that is part of the Rift Valley wall; the lake is at the base of this dramatic western escarpment giving it a beautiful and serene setting. In addition to this peaceful setting, Lake Manyara’s main attractions are its rich bird life, tree climbing lions and its hippos which you can see at a closer range than any other places. Day 5. Ngorongoro Crater:
Drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Enjoy a full day of game viewing at the Ngorongoro Crater. Called the eighth wonder of the world, the crater won’t fail to take your breath away as you stand on the rim looking down a 10-mile wide crater floor with abundant wildlife. Day 6. Central Serengeti National Park.
Drive to the Serengeti National Park, the park covers 14,763 km² (5,700 square miles) of grassland plains and savanna as well as river trine forest and woodlands, exploring the amazing array of wildlife around Serengeti, which is the ideal location for marveling at the annual migration of large herds of animals at this time of the year. The Serengeti’s endless plains provide an exceptional landscape for wildlife viewing; it truly is ultimate safari country. Day 7 & 8 Serengeti National Park.
Another full day in Serengeti for game, where breathtaking landscapes, endless horizons and abundant wildlife await you. The Serengeti is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the central part of the park is the ideal location at this time of the year for marveling at the annual wildebeest migration. This day you will depart from Serengeti, transferred from your hotel to the airstrip flying to Arusha then, connect to Zanzibar flight
